As part of our crane services we offer local and long-distance load hauling: high, wide, or heavy- over dimensional loads are our specialty. We travel to 48 states (not including Hawaii and Alaska), and also to Canada and Mexico. Our drivers have millions of miles beneath their wheels.

We operate out of three modern warehouse that have over 75,000 square feet combined. All of our facilities are a short ride from Boston, and utilize a state-of-the-art security system that monitor smoke, heat, and motion 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In-house computerized inventory control is the standard, which tracks both incoming, and outgoing equipment. Indoor loading and reloading is made possible with our 40-ton overhead crane.

Sherman Crane has a fleet of forklifts available for rental in the Boston area, ranging from 2,000 pounds to 120,000 pounds capacity. Our forklifts are maintained by an on-staff crew of forklift mechanics to ensure the highest degree of quality and safety possible. Several of our forklifts are equipped with hydraulic booms.

Utilizing top of the line computer software, we are able to create a 3D rendition of your pick(s) before they happen. Through information such as the weight and size of the object being lifted, the location, and any obstruction that may be present, we are able to showcase the most safe and easy way to go about completing the job with our 3D lift planning.
